Incorp Lifts 3PL Logistics with Ongoing WMS

Incorp uses Ongoing WMS as a central hub for 3PL logistics with standardized workflows, self-service tools, and plug-and-play integrations to scale efficiently.

Incorp in Alingsås, Sweden, runs a 20 000 m² warehouse and on-site staffing teams that keep dozens of Swedish businesses moving. When the company launched its 3PL operation ten years ago it tested Ongoing WMS on a trial license from a former landlord. The system quickly became the heart of day-to-day work and has stayed there as headcount climbed to 75 and order volumes multiplied.

“After testing it for a while, we found that Ongoing WMS provided the support we needed to develop our 3PL logistics business,” says Robert Runegrund , IT Manager at Incorp. “Ongoing WMS is one of our most important systems. It's where we keep track of all our customers and their goods. Thanks to Ongoing, we can easily onboard a new customer into our warehouse.”

Ongoing WMS handles every incoming and outgoing order, tracks stock levels and storage locations, and lets Incorp keep each client’s data strictly separated while still sharing the same settings and workflows. The result is a single, browser-based control tower that gives staff clear priorities for the work ahead and provides Incorp’s clients with real-time visibility.


Standardised Workflows and Self-Service

The staff at Ongoing knows Incorp’s exact configuration, which means questions are answered fast and new ideas and features move straight into Incorp’s instance of Ongoing WMS. Over the last decade Incorp and Ongoing have rolled out many new features together, always with an eye on scalability.

Viktor Månsson , Software Engineer at Ongoing, explains some of the work together:

“Over the years, we’ve shifted to a standard workflow that Incorp can reuse for many goods owners. Incorp can for example adjust a lot of functions themselves instead of asking us. We also tweaked the returns flow so staff only scan the serial number once and the system pinpoints the item immediately. For Robert and Incorp the biggest win is having standard setups they can still control.”

These self-service tools let Incorp onboard new 3PL clients easily without writing new logic for each one.


Plug-and-Play Integrations Enable Future Growth

Incorp leverages many of Ongoing’s built-in connectors: Shopify, WooCommerce, Centra and Fortnox on the order side. For shipping, they use platforms like nShift and Shipmondo, along with direct links to PostNord and Bring.

These ready-made integrations let warehouse staff work entirely in Ongoing WMS, mastering just one system. Most importantly, they make onboarding new clients fast and friction-free for Incorp.
