If you run a 3PL, your clients get free access to follow their inventory in real time, with no per-user charge and no integration fee.
Onboarding & Professional Services
Every rollout of Ongoing WMS begins with a tailored onboarding, led by our team from initial setup to a fully operational instance. We scope an approximate timeline with you during the sales process, so you know what to expect before you commit.
Once you are live, you transition to a dedicated software engineer who continues to optimize your logistics flows as your operation evolves. All professional services are transparently billed at a single hourly rate.
International Pricing
Additional Warehouse Users
* Each paid license is for a single named user, with simultaneous access to both the administration and scanning interfaces. Logins are not shared between users. Read-only and follow-up access is free. For a 3PL, clients can log in to track their own inventory. For an in-house warehouse, colleagues in sales, support and adjacent teams can follow warehouse activity. Neither counts against your paid users. If you add more warehouse sites a discount on the platform fee applies.
Onboarding and Professional Services
*Ongoing is built to run with minimal hand-holding, backed by extensive training material and continuous usability improvements. When you want hands-on help, our engineers are available for onboarding and professional services at the hourly rate. Each new support request is charged for a minimum of 0.5 hours. Additional time is billed in increments of started 0.5 hours.

Scale with Your Seasons
Warehouse volumes move with the seasons, and your costs should move with them. Add or remove users month to month and pay only for active users at period end, so peak staffing never locks you into year-round cost.
Label-Printing Integrations to Carriers
Native label-printing integrations are available for PostNord, Bring, DHL Freight, DSV and Helthjem. These are priced per shipment whereas integrations to shipping platforms are complementary.
