Outsourcing the Warehouse with Cloud-Based Warehouse Management

Colliflow is a third-party logistics provider that handles businesses’ inventory and logistics. Colliflow automates logistics tasks and gives online stores and companies with inventory access to efficient storage, transport, and distribution.

Colliflow uses Ongoing WMS, one of the leading cloud-based warehouse management tools in the Nordics.

“There are many advantages to a web-based warehouse management system. If you have internet access, you can access the system anytime, anywhere, and from any computer or handheld device. Our customers have access to their inventory at all times and can get information on things like stock levels, statistics, and parcel tracking,” says Rune Wright Lia, CEO of Colliflow AS.

Efficient system integration is another benefit of modern, web-based warehouse management systems like this.

“Our customers connect to Colliflow and benefit from a wide range of features, such as automated order reception, real-time delivery statistics, order tracking, always up-to-date stock balances, and much more. We offer seamless system integration with most e-commerce platforms and ERP systems,” Wright Lia continues.

Lightup.no is one of many Colliflow customers who appreciate the seamless system integration.

“We are now fully operating with a warehouse and order system that communicates with our online store. The order flow has been automated, and the system works very well. We’re especially happy that purchasing needs are calculated automatically when we create purchase orders. Every day we save an hour and a half just by avoiding the manual handling of purchase orders,” says Martin Erlandsen, CEO of Lightup.no.

When orders are picked and packed, they are sent to the transport management system EDI-Soft Consignor.

“Orders are transferred from the warehouse management tool Ongoing to Consignor to book shipments, manage transport, and print shipping documents. The systems work seamlessly with Ongoing and give our customers full visibility and cost control,” explains Wright Lia.
