The collaboration with Ongoing’s engineers has been smooth and effective. “We’ve mostly worked with David Ådvall from day one up until about six months after going live, and it worked great. He understood exactly what we were looking for. Having just one contact person was very helpful,” Jacek explains. David Ådvall, Software Engineer at Ongoing, agrees about the smooth cooperation: "The collaboration with Jacek worked very well. He has been a great superuser.”
According to Jacek, the onboarding was straightforward and proceeded according to plan. Dogman also leverages integrations with nShift and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. BrightCom Solutions is delivering the Business Central-Ongoing integration via their Microsoft app BRC Logistics.
