ShipAway unlocks pan-European fulfilment with Ongoing WMS + MultiParcels

ShipAway started as an e-commerce brand that found itself selling a viral product during Covid. In the process, the team gained firsthand experience in what it really takes to run reliable, efficient logistics at scale.

“We realized how complex and critical the logistics side is for any growing e-commerce brand,” says Tautas Jazbutis , Co-founder at ShipAway. “The team, processes, and systems we built to run our own operations felt like something that could benefit a lot of other e-commerce businesses.”
In 2022, ShipAway was born as they opened our warehouse doors to other brands - bringing the same hands-on approach and operational know-how. As demand grew, it quickly became clear that spreadsheets wouldn’t cut it for managing stock and order flows at scale.

That's when ShipAway turned to Ongoing WMS.

“Ongoing was the obvious choice. It’s widely adopted across Europe, integrates easily with courier networks, and the pricing model made sense for a growing 3PL — starting at €250 per month, versus €2,000+ for other systems we evaluated,” Tautas explains.

ShipAway has made Ongoing WMS its operational backbone, enabling it to scale order volumes across Europe while keeping headcount and overhead in check. For shipping a wide range of goods, the team has always relied on the shipping platform MultiParcels.

A one-stop platform for 3PL logistics

ShipAway adopted Ongoing WMS as its daily command centre, giving the team real-time oversight of every inbound, storage and outbound tasks. Integrations keep data flowing automatically between clients’ Shopify or WooCommerce shops and the warehouse, so staff can focus on accurate picking and packing instead of relying on spreadsheets.

Integrations that match merchants’ tech-stack

ShipAway uses several of Ongoing's ready-made integrations. These are key to ShipAway’s success—and to many other 3PLs that use Ongoing WMS to run their operations.

  • MultiParcels for shipping – the “bridge” that pushes all orders from Ongoing straight into the right courier system. ShipAway uses MultiParcels as their main shipping platform, providing them access to all necessary couriers.
  • Shopify , WooCommerceCommerce and other webshop integrations – switched on in minutes, not weeks. Because Ongoing ships with an extensive catalogue of ready-made integrations and an open API, new online merchants can be onboarded in no time, no matter which platform they use.

“The integration between Ongoing and MultiParcels is very good. MultiParcels essentially covers all our courier needs and is open to custom solutions whenever we ask.”

Collaboration that delivers and readiness for next growth phase

ShipAway’s questions rarely stay open for long: Ongoing’s tech support typically closes requests the same day, and never later than day two. Tautas also credits Ongoing's sales team for making a complex WMS feel approachable: “Considering WMS solutions for the first time felt overwhelming due to the sheer volume of information, but the Ongoing team’s patience and the step-by-step demos convinced us this was the right solution.”

With the fundamentals in place, ShipAway is ramping up pallet locations and exploring Ongoing’s kitting and value-added modules to offer even more services to its merchants. Whatever carriers its clients request next, MultiParcels’ growing roster of integrations means the answer will continue to be just a tick-box away.

By combining Ongoing's cloud flexibility with MultiParcels’ carrier gateway, ShipAway has turned a lean Lithuanian warehouse into a pan-European fulfillment hub, without compromising on price, speed or customer experience.
