Our collaboration with Ongoing has developed very positively over time. Initially, we experienced some challenges related to the SOAP integration, which required close collaboration and targeted problem-solving from both parties. Through a strong commitment to finding good solutions and continuous improvements, these challenges have been handled exceptionally well. Today, we view the Ongoing integration with eManager and AutoStore as highly stable, mature, and well-established. New implementation projects, expansions, and upgrades alike are carried out efficiently and predictably. What makes working with Ongoing great is that the people I communicate with are always welcoming, solution-oriented, and professional to collaborate with. They demonstrate a genuine willingness to create value for both customers and partners. The collaboration between Ongoing and AutoStore has resulted in several successful customer deliveries, and I look forward to continuing this development together.

In my opinion, my latest project delivered alongside Ongoing and Stingray is one of the smoothest integration implementations I have ever carried out, which I can guarantee Stingray would strongly endorse as well. The same goes for earlier projects, whether it involves small adjustments, larger initiatives, or simply retrieving information; someone from Ongoing is always quick to assist.
