The journey to becoming an Ongoing customer often begins long before first contact. You may have read about Ongoing WMS, heard of us through a partner, or been referred by one of the thousands of companies using our system. The next step is simple: reach out to us.

Initial Contact

Our technical sales engineers will research your company and schedule a meeting to discuss your needs. We set up a personalised demo environment of Ongoing WMS for you to explore, with the full functionality of a production system.

Sales Process & Demonstrations

We adapt the process to the level of guidance you require, arranging follow-up sessions and connecting you with reference customers if requested. Our sales model is entirely inbound, offering professional consultation only at your initiative and on your terms.

Implementation Plan & Contract Signing

Once you decide to move forward, we prepare an implementation plan and agree on a go-live date together. A contract is signed, and our Onboarding team takes over.

Onboarding & Configuration of Ongoing WMS

The Onboarding team – consisting of only senior engineers - configure your instance(s) of Ongoing WMS, set up integrations, adjust scanning flows and perform any necessary code development. Rollout is typically one warehouse at a time, with training for your team to ensure smooth adoption. For a smooth onboarding, please assign a single point of contact to engage with our Onboarding team. More team members are welcome during training sessions on your specific workflows.

Go-Live & Beyond

Go-live is usually seamless thanks to careful planning. Afterwards, our Professional Services engineers continue to support you with optimisations, setting up any new integrations, and process improvements as your business evolves. All engineers at Ongoing hold MSc degrees in software engineering or related disciplines.

Because every customer runs on the same codebase, new features become continuously available in your instance of Ongoing WMS. We announce updates bi-weekly in our newsletter and in the news section of the WMS, but your Professional Services representative can also highlight features relevant to your organisation's needs.

Our SaaS setup allows rapid iterations—smaller updates can often be shipped the same day. Simply request the changes your organization need; your dedicated engineer will develop and configure your instance of Ongoing WMS and bill the time spent at the end of each month. You can always request time estimates before extensive work begins.
