How the product is used: "Ongoing is our WMS, and everyone in the warehouse works in it. Our warehouse staff do not use any other systems, which simplifies processes and makes daily operations smooth and easy. We use Ongoing for goods receiving, unpacking, putaway, picking, packing, and it is integrated with our packing automation and parcel sorting facility."
Greatest advantages/benefits: "The biggest advantage of Ongoing has been how easy it is to work with, both when creating our own solutions and in making processes clear and straightforward for warehouse staff. Before Ongoing, we had a custom-developed system. After moving to Ongoing, we completely changed the way we operate our warehouse, which has resulted in approximately a 100% increase in outbound efficiency (picking and packing). Previously, an operator picked and packed around 285 orders per day (8 hours); after implementing Ongoing (and relocating to a warehouse designed for our operations), that figure increased to 575 orders per day (8 hours). Ongoing WMS has brought significant changes and improvements to our business."
