How is Ongoing WMS used: "We make extensive use of Ongoing’s features. Every item is scanned into the warehouse, and both the product’s barcode and the bin location are scanned during put‑away to ensure accurate registration. We rely on automatic order allocation for many customers and pick multiple orders at the same time. We also use the invoicing function to some extent and aim to roll it out for all our customers. Our customers benefit greatly from the reporting function and have set up a variety of automatic reports."
