Ongoing Summarizes 2024 with Continued Strong Growth and New Initiatives

Despite challenging conditions for both consumers and businesses in our industry, Ongoing welcomed new colleagues, reached new milestones in our WMS, and strengthened our security efforts. Below are some highlights in numbers from the past year.

7,300 Companies Simplified Their Logistics with Ongoing

At the end of 2024, 7,300 companies used our warehouse system (+13% compared to the previous year) both as direct customers and through third-party logistics providers. At the same time, we achieved 12,897 active user accounts (+16%), showcasing how our WMS continues to benefit more and more logistics-intensive businesses.

42,188,777 Orders Processed Through Our WMS

In 2024, over 42 million orders were processed through Ongoing's warehouse system (+31%). A growing number of customers have also opted to use our scanning functionality—in December, 64% of our customers used scanning for order management (+4%).

Integration Records

Our collaboration with partners and customers has also grown:

• 4,085 active integrations developed directly by Ongoing (+27%).
• 1,794 active integrations developed by our partners via our APIs (+26%).

Our Sixth DI Gasell Award

We are proud to have received our 6th DI Gasell Award in 2024. This award is presented annually by Dagens Industri to Sweden’s fastest-growing and most financially stable companies.
CEO's Reflections on the Past Year's Initiatives

Our CEO, Fredrik Einarsson, summarizes the year as follows:

“Despite a challenging 2024 for consumers and businesses in our industry, our operations grew by about 20%. We strengthened IT operations and security and initiated the process of certifying according to ISO27001, for which we are now awaiting final approval. We have also expanded our core WMS team with senior staff to support the most complex customer queries. Additionally, we reorganized by creating an onboarding team of senior engineers who will manage and introduce all new customers to our warehouse system. The goal is to make the onboarding process even faster.”

He continues, “This year, we also welcomed seven new employees and aim for an additional 20% growth in 2025—leading to a growing organization and the ability to onboard even larger customers.”

To summarize, 2024 has been a year of strong development—more customers, more orders, strengthened security efforts, and a growing team. Now, we look forward to 2025, aiming for continued expansion, at least 20% additional growth, and even faster onboarding for new customers.
