"Our former sister company was contacted by Dialect (now evolvit solutions), which also had representation on our parent company’s board. We had a custom-built, web-based system that lacked essential features, and we weren’t receiving the support we needed," explains Peter Malm, COO/Deputy CEO at Copter.

Streamlining Inventory and Order Fulfillment

By implementing Ongoing WMS, Copter has significantly improved the management of its inventory, warehouse locations, and order fulfillment processes. “We handle our entire inventory balance and warehouse locations through Ongoing WMS. We process orders, send them to customers, and book transport. We also create and complete production orders within the system.”

A particularly valuable feature for Copter is the ability to efficiently manage structured items. “We produce consumer products made up of structured items, and Ongoing WMS provided us with an outstanding function tailored specifically for our needs.”

Additionally, seamless integration between Ongoing WMS and their ERP system, Fortnox, has enhanced their ability to manage purchase and customer orders in detail. “We can supplement our purchase and customer orders in Fortnox at the line-item level, allowing us to track and manage different delivery dates more effectively.”

The transition to Ongoing WMS was smooth and productive, thanks to expert support from both Ongoing and Evolvit. “Our collaboration with Ongoing has been excellent—our account manager and the team have quickly resolved most issues and demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs.”
