GN Logistics grows with Ongoing WMS

”We have been a customer to Ongoing Warehouse for almost 10 years. Since then, we have been able to grow and manage many customers, much thanks to the integration possibilities Ongoing WMS offer. Now we manage over 50 companies’ logistics in a total warehouse area of 25 000m2 in Ongoing WMS. This greatly simplifies work for our staff because they only need to learn one system”, Says Mikael Trevik, IT manager at GN Transport & GN Logistics.    

Mikael continues “Seeing that Ongoing WMS is web-based, we can work in the system from any device we want, without any installations. It also allows us to easily work with handheld units such as scanners”.

In 2013, GN Logistics expanded their business buy acquiring a 3PL company in Halmstad. A couple years later GN Logistics expanded to Luxemburg and established a terminal of 4000m2. The warehouse in Stockholm started its operations in 2018. Most of the warehouse capacity is allocated to the terminal in Halmstad were GN Logistics also has their headquarter.

“After using Ongoing WMS in Halmstad, it was obvious for us to use Ongoing WMS in Stockholm and Luxemburg as well. All the goods that we handle are scanned at out- and inbound delivery. Scanning and integrations to our customers systems makes both GN Logistics and our customers get one hundred percent control over the goods”, continues Mikael.
