It is our 'go-to' system when we need to set up a new customer quickly." A key feature in ITG’s operations is the 'Put to Wall' pick flow, where items are directed to a wall or grid of compartments corresponding to customer orders. Automated systems, such as conveyors and scanners, guide each item to its designated compartment. Once all items for an order are gathered, the system signals for the order to be packed and shipped. This system, combined with 'Autobag' automation —which automatically opens, fills, and seals bags—exemplifies ITG’s innovative use of technology to streamline order processing. Both automation solutions are integrated with Ongoing WMS.

ITG utilizes various shipping platforms for order fulfillment, including nShift, Huxloe Group, ProShip, Inc., and VCE, all of which integrate seamlessly with Ongoing WMS. Additionally, many of ITG’s customers leverage existing webshop integrations, such as Shopify and Centra. The many integrations to Ongoing WMS and their adaptability have allowed ITG to maintain high standards while managing the intricate logistics required by their diverse clientele.
