Online store Dear Sam selects Ongoing WMS to manage their warehouse operations effectively
Readymade integrations and public API’s make it possible to quickly integrate with Ongoing WMS.

Dear Sam runs an online store where they sell various photographs and prints in form of posters and frames. The company was established in year 2017 and has grown with a rapid pace since then. Dear Sam was previously outsourcing their warehouse operations to a 3PL but is now managing their own warehouse. They started using Ongoing WMS a little over two months ago.

We have focused a lot on making our readymade integrations easy to set up. Ongoing Warehouse has a wide range of readymade integrations to the most used adjoining systems which make it easy to set up an integration. For further adjustments Ongoing Warehouse assigns a personal software developer to support each customer. David at Ongoing Warehouse is helping Dear Sam to set up Ongoing WMS the way they want it.
“Ongoing WMS has readymade integrations which made it easy for me to set up the integrations. For example, there were existing integration to both our transport- and ERP-system, which I set up by using the guides on Ongoing Warehouse’s documentation site. Thereafter, David helped us setting up Ongoing WMS to fit our warehouse operations. It is always easy to get trough to David and we get competent support”, continues Anders Ekelund.
