Scandinavian logistic giant Tempcon selects Ongoing Warehouse as WMS-supplier

Tempcon Group is a concern existing of a group Swedish transport and logistics companies specialized in temperate goods. Tempcon is one of the Nordic leaders in its niche of temperate transports and warehousing. In the past months, two of the companies within Tempcon group have chosen Ongoing WMS as their warehouse management system. Both companies are in the area of transport and warehousing tempered goods.

“Many of the companies within Tempcon group is growing with great success which makes it especially fun to have them as a customer. We have several customers handling temperate goods and Ongoing WMS has the relevant functions needed for this kind of operations. We have functions for goods with expire date, batch and much more”, says Fredrik Einarsson, CEO Ongoing Warehouse.

Aside from continuously improving the system, Ongoing Warehouse is building up an ecosystem with integrations towards surrounding systems such as ERP-, web shops and transport systems. Today, the ecosystem covers the most used systems in Scandinavia and several new systems integrate towards Ongoing WMS every month.

“The ecosystem grows rapidly which means that we can offer a greater set of integrated systems with Ongoing WMS. This is highly appreciated by our customers, who demands that adjoining systems speaks to each other’s. To make integrations easy, we have several types of APIs depending on what our partners and system integrators prefer to use. Tempcon Group use systems that are integrated with Ongoing WMS. ”Ongoing WMS has integrations to our customers ERP-systems and web shops. They also have integration to the transportsystem Unifaun that we use. This makes our warehouse operation run efficient since much administrative work becomes eliminated”, continues Mats Söderström.
