“Our logistics adventure began with Ongoing when we opened our own warehouse in the summer of 2022. We chose Ongoing after seeing how well Ongoing and Visma work together—and we haven’t looked back, because Ongoing WMS gives us exactly what we need,” says Kjetil Olsen, Logistics Manager at Zaptec. Since then, Zaptec has added integrations with 12Return and shipping platform nShift into their value chain alongside Visma and Ongoing. The company uses Ongoing WMS to control a growing inventory of increasingly complex products and to manage shipments of all orders across Europe.
By using Ongoing WMS, Zaptec estimates that they save roughly 30% in NOK compared to the very best alternatives from other warehouse system providers.
“We were up and running in under two months,” Kjetil recalls. “Since 2022, we’ve also pushed Ongoing for feature improvements and still haven’t hit a wall. As the person responsible for logistics, I’m certain Ongoing has been a partner that enabled our growth in the European market, and I look forward to tackling more challenges together with Ongoing WMS.”

Zaptec has steadily expanded its warehouse footprint, opening new facilities in England and Germany during 2023, with Switzerland scheduled for 2025. With Ongoing WMS integrated into their logistics setup and a strong partnership in place, Zaptec is now ready to accelerate further growth across Europe—and beyond.
