Why Ongoing WMS?: "A major customer chose ITG as their warehouse in 2019 and had worked with Ongoing at a previous warehouse. The choice was between implementing the customer in a new WMS or implementing Ongoing WMS here in Germany at ITG. How the product is used: "Today, we are still using Ongoing for the original customer. Since then, we have continued to implement customers in Ongoing, and it is our go-to system when we need to set up a new customer quickly. We have also used Ongoing to expand operations outside of Germany, and we currently have warehouses in the UK, US, and Austria. Most customers are B2C, but we have also worked with about three customers as B2B customers."

The biggest advantages/benefits: "The advantages are many. As I mentioned in the previous answer, we often use Ongoing to set up customers quickly and efficiently. It’s simple, and often it can be done with a small team, sometimes just me and Jakob. Developing improvements and optimizing processes in Ongoing is also something that goes smoothly, and development times are very short compared to other systems we have worked with before. Being able to set up a customer quickly in this way is very valuable in the 3PL industry, and here Ongoing remains unbeatable."
