How Ongoing WMS is used:
- We use Ongoing to manage the entire warehouse: inbound deliveries, picking customer orders of various types, stock transfers, inventory counts, and outbound deliveries.
- The system is integrated with our ERP system, which automates order flows and reduces manual errors, providing excellent control over key metrics such as stock balances, shelf life, batches, pallet and bin locations, etc.
- We also use Ongoing as a production system to refine raw materials into finished products, where Ongoing WMS tracks incoming components and outgoing finished goods at the balance level with batch management for full traceability.
- Additionally, we have special routines for combining homogeneous finished goods into new refined finished products via a customized picking and processing flow.
- All incoming pallets can be labeled with internal SSCC labels when GS1 labeling is missing, and we have the option for specially designed pallet labels for our finished goods containing the information expected by our customers according to GS1 standards.
