Ongoing Visits Italian 3PL Customers Fulfilment4Italy and Tiesse Logistics

The CEO Fredrik Einarsson and COO Samuel Kjellberg of Ongoing recently visited two Italian 3PL companies in the Milano region, Fulfilment4Italy and Tiesse Logistics, to strengthen customer relations and see first-hand how Ongoing WMS can improve logistics operations in this part of Europe. At Fulfilment4Italy, Ongoings own integrations to other software services helped simplify taking on new customers within the e-commerce sector. Meanwhile, at Tiesse, we noticed that our solution not only works reliably, but also meets regulatory requirements while enabling customers to onboard large industrial clients almost independently.

Reflecting on the visit, CEO Fredrik Einarsson states: “What struck me most during our visit with Fulfilment4Italy was all the integration opportunities they leveraged. From Tiesse, I took away that our solution works extremely well; it is stable, compliant with regulations, and empowers customers to onboard large industrial clients almost independently. They achieve this by building custom integrations with their customers’ major ERP systems and their own transport management system.”

Adding to these insights, COO Samuel Kjellberg noted: “Key take aways from the trip is that the system worked very well and met the needs of two Italian clients with significantly different customer profiles and operational flows. We managed to address the requirements effectively for both e-commerce and industrial customers.”
