Additional Information: "We relocated our operations from Ã…rsta to Järfälla in one week in January 2024. We had been in talks with Ongoing since July 2023 to set up the system the way we wanted. The biggest change was moving from single picking for all orders to multi-picking, where we can pick up to 65 orders at once. We had many special requests, and there was always a solution to achieve what we wanted.

Regarding the move itself, one of the reasons it went so smoothly was that Ongoing set up the Järfälla warehouse parallel to our old warehouse. This allowed us to move stock from locations in the old warehouse to new locations in Järfälla by simply scanning the locations. We didn’t need to scan the individual items we stock. This way, we scanned over 30,000 stock locations in just four days."
